First off, Hi-Tech answered on a Saturday. We tried several other companies and the call went straight to voice mail. That was plus right from the start. Randy came out and gave us estimates with several options. He never tried to upsell or press us with our decision. He and his team completed a refrigerated air conversion at our home, including a mini split system. They completed the work in 2 days and were professional, courteous and clean. The process from estimate to finish was smooth and seamless. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and beat several other quotes. His knowledge and expertise in the area of heating and cooling was/is evident and we highly recommend Hi-Tech Mechanical for your heating/cooling needs.

Called due to AC unit not working. Spoke to Randy and arranged for a technician to come out to my house same day after calling same morning. The technician even arrived way earlier than what I was told. Much appreciated! Technician Alex was very knowledgeable in diagnosing. Although the repair could not be done due to decisions on my part and it being a more lengthy job, I was very pleased with the services provided. Not too long after technician left, I was contacted by Randy, given a very affordable quote for the somewhat pricey job, and even given an quote for an upgraded unit which provided lots of insight for me. All in all this was an awesome experience and I appreciate the peace of mind I receive from their help. I would recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE!!! Thank you Ignitify!!

It was about an hour From the time I called to the time the technician left my house with my AC unit fully repaired. Not to mention it was a midnight call. Randy provided amazing service. He walked me through the issue so that I had a better Understanding of what the problem was. He was also very professional. I recommend this service 100%.
