Our Plan
Two maintenance visits per year
- 1st visit in the spring (March - May). Spring visits will focus heavily on the outdoor system (cooling side). We will inspect the wiring and electrical components, condensate drain line, condenser coil cleanliness, inspect and replace filter, outdoor disconnect and all components at start up.
- 2nd visit in the fall (September - November). Fall visit will focus heavily on the indoor system (heating side/furnace). We will inspect blower and blower assembly, heat exchanger, gas leaks in the gas lines, igniter and flames sensor, inspect and replace filter and check for proper airflow.
